Pure PRP-Shot Male Enhancement

What is a Skin Tag?

PRP stands for Platelet-Rich-Plasma which is derived from your own blood. It is an amber colored fluid that is comprised of (1) your plasma (the fluid that fills the vascular system in which red and white blood cells are carried) and (2) a concentrated number of platelets.
In humans, the average amount of platelets in a microliter of plasma is +/- 200,000. In comparison, Optimal Male’s therapeutic Pure PRP is 8x more concentrated. Once obtained, the PRP is injected into the corpora cavernosa (erectile tissue of the penis) where the platelets “degranulate” and release several different growth factors and cytokines. These growth factors stimulate cellular differentiation and proliferation, angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), wound healing, cell growth, and the migration and recruitment of stem cells to repair and regenerate tissues at the sites they were injected. This results in new, corrective, revitalized, healthy tissue.

What is involved in the PRP procedure?

Prior to the PRP-Shot procedure, a numbing cream will be applied to the penis in order to minimize any possible discomfort. The process then begins by drawing a small amount of your own blood. This blood is then placed into a proprietary, special-designed, FDA-approved, state-of-the art, dual spin centrifuge which separates the red blood cells from plasma. The “dual spin” technology of our centrifuge is then utilized to further concentrate the plasma into Pure Platelet-Rich-Plasma. At Optimal Male we use only Pure PRP©, which utilizes the latest centrifuge technology to provide the highest concentration of platelet-rich-plasma.
Once the PRP is separated from your blood it is mixed with Calcium Chloride which helps to “activate” the platelets and also increases the pH of the PRP to decrease any burning sensation that may be experienced during the injection. It is then injected into multiple location of the corpora cavernosa (erectile tissue of the penis) using a very small needle. Once the injections are complete, a vacuum pump is then utilized for 5 min in order to keep the PRP from being absorbed back into your circulatory system. In order to facilitate optimal results, you will be provided with the vacuum pump as well as clinical grade nitric oxide supplements to be used at home. Your penis will remain numb for a few hours after the procedure. Sexual activity is encouraged as soon as possible.

What are the side effects?

Since the Pure PRP© is derived from your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction or any known adverse effects. Some men have reported superficial bruising which resolves in 1 to 2 days after the procedure.

How much larger should I expect my penis to grow following the Pure PRP-Shot?

Results will vary but some men report a 10- 20% increase as an average in length and girth, and some have reported greater increases. Additionally, men report greater sensitivity, stronger erections, and a higher overall satisfaction with their sexual performance.

How long will the results last?

Results will vary but some men report results lasting from 18 months to 2 years and some men report results lasting even longer. Some men choose to continue having the procedure performed annually to maintain longer lasting results.

What happens after the procedure? A.

As part of your Pure PRP-Shot enhancement package, you will be provided with a vacuum pump and clinical grade nitric oxide supplements. In order to experience optimal results, we recommend that you use the vacuum pump for 5 to 10 minutes, twice a day for the first 30 days. The vacuum pump draws blood into the penis boosting the benefits of the PRP injection. The nitric oxide supplements should also be taken twice a day for the first 30 days to increase the amount of natural nitric oxide your body uses in the process of angiogenesis.

Is Pure PRP© covered by Medicare or my insurance?

Since Pure PRP-Shot Enhancement Therapy is an elective procedure, it is not covered by Medicare or other private insurers. Optimal Male accepts credit cards, cash, personal checks, and offers financing options.

What is PRP Science, in a simple explanation?

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) from your blood is processed and injected into the base, shaft, and head of the penis. The PRP acts as a ‘messenger’ to signal your body to send stem-cells and “heal” the injection sites. The net result is accelerated collagen, vascular, and tissue growth in the entire penis.

What is the P-Treatment for Men vs. The P-shot?

The P-Shot, alone, includes the administration of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) as one of the core ingredients, combined with a medical solution to increase the “life” of the cells. For the P-Treatment for Men, specialized, integrative approach to optimize “take” of the cells and to provide the optimal environment for cellular growth. He incorporates the best of well-studied stem cell technologies (ie. PRP), wave technologies, pharmacology, supplementation and eastern philosophies for optimum efficacy.

How do P-Treatments work, in more detail?

The secret is harvesting and concentrating the perfect Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). After drawing a minimum of 60 cc of your blood, Dr. Dunn uses specialized equipment to separate, isolate, and concentrate the fraction of the plasma clinically proven to stimulate stem cells. Blood must be concentrated by a factor of 10- fold in order to create a cell/volume ratio that produce results. She then meticulously mixes your PRP with an all-natural activator and injects this cocktail into the desired areas. Activation of PRP, is time and technique sensitive, and delay in injection once activation occurs will diminish effectiveness. Dr. Dunn uses this knowledge to separate the PRP into multiple small syringes and thus only activates the exact amount to be injected in each area.Once the cells are injected in to the desired areas, a communication cascade occurs within the body between the injected cells, the particular anatomical site, and circulating stem cells to “heal” and rebuild defective and aging anatomy. The body recognizes and identifies anatomy, so that stem cells attracted to the Penis “know” to enhance penile function only.
Old, tired vascular endothelial linings of arteries and veins of the penis are replaced with strong, responsive, new, elastic cells. The spongiform tissue of the shaft enlarges and plumps with new growth factors. Neural endings on the tip become more sensitive.
This translates into increased sensitivity, stronger and more sustainable erections, increased girth, and in the case of Peyronie’s disease, a dissolution of the scar tissue.

What are the different types of warts?

There are over 100 different versions of the HPV virus, the virus that causes warts. Meaning, there are also hundreds of different types of warts.
Different types of warts are classified by both their appearance and location on your body. Each type of wart also responds to different dermatologic treatments, which is why we recommend seeking professional treatment when handling these skin growths.
At Arizona Dermatology, we diagnose and treat all variations of warts. Some of the most common types of warts we see include:

  • Common warts
  • Flat warts
  • Plantar warts
  • Condyloma
  • Molluscum contagiosum

To determine which type of wart you have, read up on the characteristics and symptoms of these frequently treated warts below. Or, simply schedule an appointment to have your growth evaluated.

How fast can I see results?

We have a rule of three: sensation changes at day three, noticeable changes in three months, and full response by three months. Some men seek repeat injections every three months until they reach their optimal girth growth. Others are content after one treatment. Some men schedule a treatment once a year and consider it a birthday gift to themselves and their partner.

Are there any side effects? Risks? Downtime?

The P-Treatment for Men is a simple in-office procedure. The injection itself takes about five minutes, although your total time in office will be about 1.5 hours. Proper processing of PRP, according to Dr.RAJINIKANTH’s requirements, requires more time than clinics. There is little or no downtime. As far as side effects go, that is really one of the beauties of the P-Treatment: since it is made from your own blood, there are little or no known side effects!

Where is the penis injection given?

The PRP injections are applied to the parts of your penis that are most important to sexual arousal and erectile function.

Is it painful? Does the P-Treatment for Men hurt?

Dr.Rajinikanth strives to ensure that your experience is the most enjoyable it can possibly be. Bringing the body to a relaxed and supported state helps ensure the injected PRP stays in the penis and doesn’t get recruited to other areas of the body that may be inflamed or anxious. He performs a local nerve-block to reduce the chance that you will experience any discomfort. Since every patient is different, some people may experience tenderness during the procedure or during the following few days around the injection site.

How much increase in size can I expect?

Men often notice changes within a few days and others require more than one treatment. Most notice changes in girth by one month. An increase in girth is more commonly reported than changes in length, although length changes are reported as well. Logically, aging tissue has shrunk and the treatment restores tissues to a younger state, and so increase in girth is the common outcome. Growing new tissue takes time – usually 4-6 weeks. Sensory changes in the tip seem to occur faster.

Will I need to see the doctor after the procedure?

A brief follow-up visit is generally recommended four weeks after your P-Treatment procedure. This can be done by phone if you are traveling. Some men choose to have a second P-Treatment at that time, but it will depend on your particular results, optimizing your hormone levels and the opinion of Dr. Rajinikanth.
